HOW IS LEAP® DIFFERENT?
LEAP is not a typical or traditional training program, but truly an acceleration course to turn managers into leaders. We have developed a proven leadership development program that drives and measures growth as well as shows return-on-investment for each participant. Additionally, LEAP graduates are eligible to receive 3 Masters-Level college credits from Seattle Pacific University--making LEAP one of the only accredited leadership development courses on the market.
A LEAP Certified Coach is required to lead any LEAP cohort group. The certification program introduces you to the tools, resources and methodologies behind LEAP. Once certified, a coach may lead multiple groups for multiple years--you continue to increase your return on investment in your certification and no re-certification is required. Certification happens only twice per year! As a LEAP Certified Coach and licensed affiliate you will:

  • Grow your engagements with existing clients by adding this additional service offering.
  • Increase your revenue stream. Each LEAP cohort brings in $32,000-40,000 per year.
  • Open doors to new business and client opportunities. Beyond the LEAP business, companies who offer LEAP develop, on average, 2-3 additional consulting/training/coaching engagements from each LEAP cohort group.
  • Increase your credibility and brand in your local market.
  • Develop strong, confident future leaders who in turn, become referrals for future cohort groups and executive coaching opportunities.
